The Freedom Run 2016 will be held on April 10, 2016 at the Liwasang Ullalim, CCP Complex, Pasay City.

The Dash 2016 Kagitingan Run will be held on April 9, 2016 at the DMST Complex, UP Diliman, Quezon City.

I’m a failure at keeping myself healthy. In spite knowing that I’m diabetic a few years ago, I did absolutely nothing to maintain a healthy lifestyle. My bike is unused for the longest time and I haven’t attended a single marathon event. I’m hoping I could change my attitude towards health and attend such activities like the upcoming World Vision Run 2016.
World Vision Run 2016 is set on June 26, 2016. I have plenty of time to prepare if I really want to maintain a good lifestyle so that I won’t die soon, due to complications from diabetes.
